Ministry Experience

My years in ministry have shaped the way I listen, care, and walk alongside people. Ministry has given me the privilege of being invited into the most meaningful moments of life—celebrations, struggles, questions of faith, and times of transition. Through this, I’ve learned the value of presence: sometimes the most important thing we can do for one another is simply to show up, listen deeply, and hold space.

What This Brings to Coaching & Counselling

  • Compassionate presence: A way of listening that honors your story and your pace.
  • Whole-person perspective: Respecting not only your goals and challenges, but also your values, relationships, and sense of purpose.
  • Faith sensitivity: For those who wish, space to explore how spirituality and belief shape life and decision-making.
  • Experience with life transitions: From grief and loss to new beginnings, ministry has taught me to walk with people through change.

Why It Matters

Ministry experience isn’t about titles or positions—it’s about learning how to meet people where they are. It has shown me that every person’s story holds meaning, and that when we are given room to reflect and be heard, growth and healing become possible.
